This bath soak is great for soothing irritated skin, boosting magnesium levels and detoxing the body.
- 1/2 cup epsom salt
- 1/4 sea salt
- 1/4 cup baking soda
- 10 drops lavender essential oil
- 4 drops ylang ylang essential oil
- Add epsom salt, sea salt and baking soda into an 8-ounce mason jar and add essential oils.
- Stir with a wooden spoon to combine.
- Use a 1/4 cup of bath salt mixture per bath and soak in tub for 20-30 minutes for full absorption.
