Calming Bath Soak

This bath soak is great for soothing irritated skin, boosting magnesium levels and detoxing the body.


  • 1/2 cup epsom salt
  • 1/4 sea salt
  • 1/4 cup baking soda
  • 10 drops lavender essential oil
  • 4 drops ylang ylang essential oil


  1. Add epsom salt, sea salt and baking soda into an 8-ounce mason jar and add  essential oils.
  2. Stir with a wooden spoon to combine.
  3. Use a 1/4 cup of bath salt mixture per bath and soak in tub for 20-30 minutes for full absorption.
