Post Workout Refreshing Spray

After working out, spritz this refreshing blend over your body to feel fresh and invigorated.

Ingredients:

  • 3 oz distilled water
  • 1 tsp aloe vera gel
  • 10 drops peppermint essential oil
  • 10 drops mandarin essential oil

Directions:

  1. Put ingredients in a 4-ounce spray bottle
  2. Shake to combine.
  3. Spritz on your body and clothes after your workout to feel fresh and
    uplifted.

TIPS:

  • Keep this spray in your gym bag or purse and use it whenever you need to freshen up.
  • Use within 3-4 weeks.
