This sleep oil uses a combination of magnesium oil - a natural sleep aid - and relaxing essential oils to calm the body and mind before bed.
- 8 oz magnesium oil
- 12 drops lavender essential oil
- 8 drops bergamot essential oil
- 5 drops frankincense essential oil
- Add essential oils to magnesium oil and shake
- Before bed, rub sleep oil onto the bottom of your feet. The magnesium will absorb into your blood stream and help promote sleep.
Pure magnesium oil can itch- to avoid this make sure it's applied to the soles of the feet or areas of the body with more fatty tissue such as the thighs.
