Relaxing Sleep Oil

This sleep oil uses a combination of magnesium oil - a natural sleep aid - and relaxing essential oils to calm the body and mind before bed.


  • 8 oz magnesium oil
  • 12 drops lavender essential oil
  • 8 drops bergamot essential oil
  • 5 drops frankincense essential oil


  1. Add essential oils to magnesium oil and shake
    to combine.
  2. Before bed, rub sleep oil onto the bottom of your feet. The magnesium will absorb into your blood stream and help promote sleep.


Pure magnesium oil can itch- to avoid this make sure it's applied to the soles of the feet or areas of the body with more fatty tissue such as the thighs.
