Sleepytime Pillow Spray

Spray this mist on your pillow before going to bed to promote relaxation and sleep.

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz witch hazel
  • 2 oz distilled water
  • 8 drops lavender essential oil
  • 2 drops frankicense essential oil

Directions:

  1. Put ingredients in a 4-ounce spray bottle.
  2. Shake to combine.
  3. Spritz onto your pillow and bed before going to sleep.

TIP:

By spraying this on your pillow every night before bed it will start to become an automatic trigger for your body to wind down and get ready for bed.
