What are your shipping rates?

We offer $6.95 flat rate shipping for all orders to the continental US. We also offer deeply discounted rates for outlying US and International shipping zones which are calculated at checkout.

What are my shipping options?

We offer $6.95 flat rate shipping (3-5 business days) for all orders in the continental US. You can also opt for Priority shipping (2-3 business days) for a small additional fee. International shipping rates are pulled dynamically from our supported carriers and a variety of options and speeds are available.

What happens if I entered an incorrect address?

We use a completely integrated system to ensure that errors are not made. If our customer has made a mistake with their entry, we will take every step possible to re-route the shipment. However, any additional charges as a result of customer error will be billed directly back to the customer.

What if My Order is Lost or Damaged in Transit?

All shipping damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. In most cases we will immediately send out replacement product at no cost to our customer. Lost shipments usually take 7-10 business days to trace. If shipment cannot be found after this time, it will be replaced.

How do I track my Orders?

You will be sent an email with a tracking link once your order has shipped. You can also track it from your account page on our website.

Do you ship outside the USA?

Yes, we ship internationally. Rates are the lowest available through our carrier partners and are calculated at checkout.

Will I need to pay import duties?

You may. Depending on where we ship, there may be import duties or taxes due. Please check before you place your order. Vasseur essentials is not responsible for any applicable customs duties or taxes.

How long do I have to return something?

We have a 30 day satisfaction guarantee on all products. You may return or exchange them for any reason within this period.

How do I return something?

Contact us and provide your order number and a brief description of the issue. We will get it handled ASAP.

Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer unless the products arrive damaged or defective.

How do I return a gift?

Contact us. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

How does your 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee Work?

We are so confident of the quality of our products that you can return them within 30 days if you are not satisfied for any reason.

Can I return something in person?

Not at this time. We do not have a storefront for you to visit yet. All shipping and returns are handled by a logistics company.

Can I make changes to my order after I have submitted it?

Unfortunately not. In order to expedite orders and insure speedy delivery, all orders are processed immediately by our fulfillment partners. Feel free to contact us and we can try and help you out with your unique situation.

What if I want to cancel my order after it has been placed?

We will make a best effort to cancel any order after receiving a request. At times, this may not be possible. Processing times may vary slightly depending upon the season, but in most cases your online order will have undergone processing in less than 24 hours.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We use Stripe as a payment processor and accept most credit cards. We also accept Google Pay, Apple Pay, Amazon checkout and PayPal.
